The time has come to once again Bewilder and amaze To let the sleeping little fools Awake in frightened daze For it indeed is time to rule And reign for eighty days A many moons have long since gone For time, it falters not And many lives have come and left Their bodies there have rot Still through the many changing years They still have yet forgot His mighty presence lingers here His name in all their minds His very mention summons fear And every man still finds That every thing each man holds dear Shall soon be left behind Today shall he be free once more And smile upon the land Tonight shall he be on the throne To hold within his hand The many love and hate of all Then build his castle grand
And yet tomorrow they shall see As light spreads wide therein The man they did both love and loathe Was always there within For in their very darkest time When their heart's the dimmest dim The very man they loathe the most That very man was him So search you deep into your best And let your darkest feelings rest
