Oh lord, guys.
So I'm sitting in the common room, reading a book - just hanging out, and this guy I know - we're friends, I guess - wants to SKYPE with his girlfriend. I shrug, "Sure?" I mean, why not? If he doesn't mind an audience, then I don't care.
Oh no. Oh no. It start out like a normal conversation, they're talking to eachother...and then she just randomly says, "We did blow job shots last night at the party - all I could think about was you."
And I get this sense of dread, like...oh, this is going to get really awkward. And it did! They just start...dirty talking in the MIDDLE of the common room, and it gets pretty hardcore stuff, and it gets to the point where I'm just staring at this guy (my friend) with barely-veiled horror as he's cybering with his girlfriend. Like, three feet away from me!
How am I ever supposed to look at him over coffee again? I know what he does online late at night, and it ain't playin' solitaire! D:
I felt like a creeper, but it wasn't my fault. I was like, "DUDE, I said you could talk to your girlfriend, I didn't say you could get it on cyber-style with ME still in the room!"
It was very weird. Do you think he did that to intentionally get me to leave? Or did he really not think, oh, hey, me talking about sex with my girlfriend might not be appropriate for all ages?
He's from Santa Clara, California. -suspiciously- Maybe it's a California thing.
Point is, I am anti-getting-kicked-out-of-rooms-because-of-couples. xD We single people have rights!
