All I can say is learn from the mistakes you make because it makes you a stronger and better person and as for the past haunting you, I myself have been dealing those demons, its not easy as long as you talk about it and look to tomorrow it has no power over you. if you can, face it and kick it in the thoat. because that bastard will show up and kick your ass until you do. lol.
