I like the quiet
The sound of nothing
The feel of nothing
Only peace
You say you cannot hear me
That is simply because
You do not listen
I like to be alone
To just sit and think
Of nothing
It brings me such peace
It is lonely
And may be sad
But it is not as painful
As being with others
Others hurt, they cause pain
For that is human nature
But in my head
In the silence
In the peace
No one can hurt
Me
I say who can enter
I create
My friends
And they will always love me
So I like the silence
